Mark Chapman

I've been in software development for well over 20 years, from developer to architect and manager of large software teams. For over 15 years my passion has been in Agile, as team member, Scrum Master and Agile Coach across major financial players and companies.

I believe in the Agile Manifesto, particularly "Individuals and Interactions over Processes and Tools", so I am proficient in, but also agnostic to, the many processes used by teams, from Scrum and Kanban to LeSS and SAFe.

I work with teams to find the best fit to allow them to thrive and to develop products that surprise and delight customers. I am also happy coaching teams to use whiteboards and Post-Its while also having significant expertise in a number of the online tools used by remote teams.

I have guided teams facing seemingly insurmountable challenges deliver products of value and quality on-time and on-budget. I have also provided servant leadership to many mission critical projects, in companies ranging from start-up to major blue chips. This has included key Banks and Insurance companies in both the UK and Canada, and also Retail, Aviation, and Law-Enforcement domains.
