Mark Creaser

Mark Creaser is a British investor, company director and business executive with over two decades of experience spanning direct-response marketing, entrepreneurial mentorship and technology investment. Born in Walsall, England, in January 1981 and raised in Lichfield, Staffordshire, he is the son of two teachers and built his career on a foundation of strategic thinking, communication and disciplined execution.

Mark attended King Edward VI School, Lichfield, before studying Government and Politics at the University of Manchester, graduating in the early 2000s. His academic background provided him with a macro-level understanding of institutional strategy and market dynamics that he would later apply to both private advisory work and public-market leadership.

He began his professional career with Busy Bees, one of the United Kingdom's leading childcare providers, where he worked on the commercial team alongside the company's founders during a critical early expansion phase. He later joined entrepreneur Nigel Botterill's franchise sales business, transitioning from frontline sales into lead generation and direct-response marketing. During this period, Mark travelled frequently to the United States to study advanced marketing methodologies under industry leaders including Dan Kennedy and Bill Glazer, integrating proven American frameworks into European business contexts.

Mark played a pivotal role in launching and managing Entrepreneur Circle, a membership organisation designed to support entrepreneurs through education and peer networks. He authored the organisation's launch marketing campaign and contributed to its growth to more than 2,000 members and multiple high-ticket mastermind programmes. Following this, he founded Ideal Result, a boutique business advisory firm serving a select group of private clients. Over approximately nine years, he advised entrepreneurs on growth strategy, marketing optimisation and operational scaling.

Mark later pivoted into technology and investment, bringing his operational expertise to the rapidly evolving landscapes of digital assets, decentralised networks and artificial intelligence. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Strategies & Ventures (DSV Fund), a Bahamas-regulated investment fund focused on the Bittensor ecosystem and broader digital asset markets. Under his leadership, DSV Fund has positioned itself at the intersection of decentralised artificial intelligence and capital allocation.

In addition to his role at DSV Fund, Mark serves as Executive Chairman of Astrid Intelligence PLC, a technology company listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange in London. In this capacity, he oversees corporate strategy, business development and public-market governance, guiding the company's growth trajectory and shareholder value creation.

Mark's investment philosophy combines institutional analytical rigor with entrepreneurial agility. He is known for identifying emerging technological paradigms before they reach mainstream adoption, particularly in decentralised AI, blockchain infrastructure and digital asset management.
