These new offerings potentially enable considerable competitive advantage, but they can also require a different and fresh way of doing business.

My specific areas of focus include customer strategy, key account management, consultative / value based selling, value proposition development, solution based business, and sales management.

I advise, train, coach, consult, write and speak with clients all over the world in a wide range of industries, and I am a Visiting Fellow with Cranfield School of Management, where I Co-Direct the KAM Best Practice Club. I am also a Visiting Fellow with Aston Buisness School - I advise within the new and exciting PSS community.
