Meet Mark, an avid fitness and travel guru whose love for adventure takes him to inspiring destinations around the country. In his professional life, Mark Dziuban spent 21 years working for America Litho Inc. He retired from the company as the Vice President in 2015.

Mark is an avid cyclist and fitness enthusiast. He and his wife, Sue, have undertaken a series of cycling adventures, where they allow the journey of the trip to guide their findings. Most recently, Mark and Sue explored Napa Valley and Sonoma, CA, by bike. On that memorable trip, Mark and Sue logged hundreds of miles and explored dozens of wineries, enjoying the beauty of the landscape and the artisanal wine.

Dziuban has also participated in four Ironman events including, Madison, in 2006, Tempe in 2008, Madison, again, in 2010, and St. George Utah, 2010. Mark has also completed seven Half-Ironman events, across the country, including Lake Geneva, Racine, Steelhead, and the World Championship.

Mark is also a highly-skilled General Aviation pilot. His passion for flying lies with Twin Engine Turboprops. As a pilot, Mark loves to fly around the country and the world, exploring the new territories with his family. Mark's passion for flight leads him on his next great adventure: learning how to fly a helicopter in the future.

As Mark moves forward, he plans to start a foundation designed to help people who are down on their luck. Mark credits the inspiration of the foundation to his own personal experience of witnessing friends, family members, even strangers, experience unexpected and debilitating luck. Mark's goal is not to enable individuals, but to provide them with the tools and resources they need to get back on their feet.

One of Mark's dreams is to plan a fundraiser where he, his wife, and friends will bike across America. As a newly retired man, Mark is excited to begin the planning process for this inspiring goal. He plans to spend the next few months mapping out each segment of the trip. He's enthusiastic about sharing and planning this endeavor with friends and family members.

Catch Mark enjoying his retirement on his blog and professional websites. Mark loves to share his extensive travels and the secret trails and must-see-spots he finds on every adventure. Mark hopes his experiences will inspire you to discover your next great adventure.
