I am an Executive with experience building a successful membership organization from the ground up. I have many years’ experience working in the journalism field, reporter, photojournalist, advertising, sales, circulation, manager and publisher. I have illustrated text books and I am currently working on an observational photography book. My education is in Parks and Recreation Management, Art, Non-profit public programs and Law. My first legal work was in the criminal field, since then I have concentrated my efforts on warmwater conservation issues. I am considered by many to be an expert in the field of warmwater fisheries, habitat and user groups rights. I am comfortable and have experience working with and addressing issues to federal, state and local legislators. I was a guest speaker at the 2010 Winter Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus meeting in Fairhope, Alabama.

I am an Ole Miss Alumni, cyclist and I have been a baseball and soccer player. I am also an artist, photographer and a writer. Now cycling is my idea of recreation and my next favorite thing to do is spend an evening outside watching track bicycle racing!
