Mark Elliott

Hi I'm Mark Elliott, Marketing and Business Development Director for a law firm based in Toledo, Ohio.

As Marketing Director at Eastman & Smith I oversee the overall marketing and business development initiatives for the firm and its four offices throughout northwest Ohio and southeastern Michigan. I am responsible for the business development, practice area development, strategic business initiatives, client relations, public and community relations as well as the human resources and recruiting functions.

With over 20 years of senior management experience, 11 of which have been in the legal industry, I am passionate about what I do. I have spoken and written on several subjects including strategic planning for law firms, reputation management, brand management, legal marketing, marketing strategy, social media for business, business planning, and client service initiatives.

I enjoy the variety of the day-to-day activities and working with the team of experienced attorneys and staff that make up one of the preeminent law firms in northwest Ohio.
