Love catering and the satisfaction of delivering a premium product.

From a background steeped in food I started with Barclays Bank! This lasted two years and the call from the catering industry where starting with Kate Goswell, showed me the path I should follow. Working for small private individuals allowed me to shine where eventually I met Paul Salisbury who took me on at Bobby Browns Sutton Coldfield. Here I cut my teeth in a great operation leading me to take on with John Willmott the Bulls Head, Wootten Wawen, a very successful original gastro pub. This then led to being the Brand Manager for the NEC group where I learnt about event managment and about volume catering with the highest of standards for the next seven years. I then turned back to Paul Salisbury and Paul Hales to work for them at Lovelypubs where I am still passionate about catering and delivering the best I can.
