Mark Ficek

For more than 17 years, Mark Ficek has been working in the nondestructive testing (NDT) industry, ensuring safety though testing and inspection of all types of materials. He leverages this experience to lead his own NDT company, Metals Testing Services. As president of the corporation, he and his team offer a wide range of NDT services, including x-ray, gamma-ray, advanced ultrasonics, and global heat treating.

In addition, Mark Ficek and his team provide customers with certified welding inspection services, ultrasonic inspection, thermography, and vacuum testing. These services are provided to clients throughout the U.S. by some of the best technicians in the country. They have a reputation for excellence in competency, availability, and positivity.

Prior to establishing his company, Mr. Ficek studied at Lincoln Electric. He finished at the top of his class and received the Excellence in Welding Award. Mr. Ficek chose to further his education to focus on the NDT industry, and he eventually obtained numerous certifications pertaining to NDT. He is a certified welding inspector and holds a Level III in ultrasonics and radiography. Over the years, Mr. Ficek has also stayed active in the NDT community and stays up to date on the industry's latest technological advances.
