I have spent the past decade in multivariate roles in sales, marketing and business development across a number of industries, identifying customer needs and opportunities.
My passion as always been in Coaching Sports, particularly in Swimming and Volleyball were most people know of my enthusiastic spirit and outgoing approach to life.
Along with this comes my strong executive and administrative skill set. I bring enthusiasm to the table to create and solidify relationships. My inspirational and visionary outlook comes with a never-ending energy that is goal oriented with a date sensitive planning approach to complete the multi-tasks at hand. I am self-disciplined and driven by established strategic planning. I understand that effective and timely communication is of utmost importance. I am known to work smart and delegate appropriately.
My goal is to create extraordinary experiences that inspire athletes and students alike and create loyal sports minded followers and clients.
As a Sports Coach in Swimming and Volleyball, I have helped develop teams and individuals which in turn increases participation and interest in the sports.
Specialties: I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of running a small business. Hands on and direction of: client acquisition, promotions, marketing, hiring, onboard training of staff, strategic planning, contractual agreements for locations, management and design, curriculum design and implementation, client enrollments, scheduling, training planning, record keeping (swim times) (business recordings). I am always looking for personal development and ideas to pass onto my students and athletes to increase performance.
