Mark Hirschhorn

As CEO of TapestryHealth, Mark Hirschhorn leverages more than 35 years of operational and financial oversight experience to lead growth initiatives for the turnkey healthcare solution. Tapestry works to improve clinical outcomes and efficiencies in assisted living communities and skilled nursing homes by combining its proprietary virtual platform with dedicated onsite care. Mark Hirschhorn has been a member of its board of directors since 2020 and was appointed CEO in January 2022.

Prior to taking over as the lead executive of Tapestry, Mark Hirschhorn gained valuable telehealth leadership experience as president and chief operating officer (COO) of Talkspace. He also spent seven years as COO and chief financial officer (CFO) of Teladoc Health, which he helped transform into the world's largest telemedicine company. Specifically, he raised $65 million in private equity and created corporate finance and operations departments that helped eliminate all third-party service providers.

Mark Hirschhorn also spent eight years as executive vice president and CFO at RCS/Media Monitors, a multinational software and services company serving the media and broadcasting industries. He negotiated its sale to iHeartRadio in 2006 and managed its 2010 merger with Mediabase. Moreover, he implemented various financial and operational actions that contributed to a tenfold increase in cash flow.

Mark Hirschhorn has prior executive-level leadership experience with Datatec Systems, Inc.; BT Radianz, Ltd.; And RSL Communications, Ltd. He started his career as a senior manager at Deloitte, where he managed global audits for Mitsubishi and Chanel. He also spent 18 months helping clients in Italy facilitate international mergers and acquisitions.

Complementing his experience, Mr. Hirschhorn holds an MBA in finance and accounting as well as a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Rutgers University, where he was a Dean's List graduate. He earned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) distinction in 1988.
