Hi, I'm Mark.
Welcome to my page.
If you're considering investing in property and want to learn how, or if you're already an investor but want to join a business and property community, then I can help you.
I have been investing in property for six years, having invested generally since the age of 17.
I quit corporate life in 2006 where I saw a long road to quiet desperation, giving up a good job that was above average pay to be a full time property investor.
I have a keen interest in finance and am the Co Founder of Progressive Property, where, together with my business partner, Rob Moore, we have built a network of serious investors, and trained and supported more than 100,000 people since forming our company in 2006.
Although giving up a good career was a big decision for me, investment, compounding growth and finding property deals are the things I enjoy most, and I feel very fortunate to be able to take what I love doing and help people achieve similar levels of success.
Our portfolio currently stands at over £25 million. I specialise in sourcing seriously discounted deals, finance and building a network of serious investors.
I've had an entrepreneur streak in me from an early age. I've also had several successful small businesses and had many investments in the stock market but none of them compare to investing in the property market.
Apart from flying, traveling and enjoying all areas of finance, I can be found either running or at the gym most mornings which gives me great energy for the day or spending time with my lovely girlfriend Gemma.
Health and well-being are important to me, as is travel, and all aspects of business, investment, reading, personal growth, networking and socialising.
I have been privileged to have bought over 350 properties [& counting] for myself, Rob, family & investors since 2003. I have also commented and been referenced in almost all major publications including BBC Radio, The Independent, the FT, The Wall Street journal, as well as co-authoring the UK's 3 Best Selling Property Books.
My mantra is: "Focus like a laser on one thing and be the best at it, it's the only way to get wealthy."
