Is a chef-instructor at the Emilio Aguinaldo College - School of Hotel, Restaurant Management, Nutrition and Dietetics handling baking and specialized culinary techniques and special lecturer at the Universidad de Manila - College of Industrial Technology, handling Food Technology subjects.
His previous engagement was with Figaro Coffee Company as Corporate Chef and Research and Development Supervisor at KSK Food Products. He was also Chef-Consultant for various foodservice enterprises.
He received his bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) from the Our Lady of Fatima University - Valenzuela and took specialized courses in culinary and pastry arts from the prestigious Center for Culinary Arts - Manila. He is currently finishing his Master's degree in Culinary Arts from the Philippine Women's University - Manila.
