Mark L. Grawe

Mark L. Grawe is an experienced energy executive based in Dallas, Texas, who has guided Eagleridge Energy, LLC, as its chief operating officer and executive vice president, since 2009. His responsibilities in these roles entail drilling, financial, and regulatory management. Since joining the company, Mark L. Grawe has played a key role in facilitating its successful turnaround, evidenced by its growth in revenues, production, equity value per share, and EBITDA.

Before this, Mark L. Grawe worked as senior vice president of operations at Bas Oil & Gas, Ltd., where he directed drilling operations for more than 20 wells in North Texas. He previously functioned as vice president and partner at Crimson Energy Company, which he founded in 1998. He served seven years in an executive capacity with the company, during which time he established more than 350 wells before selling off all assets for $130 million.

Mark L. Grawe also worked as a senior landman at Union Pacific Resources Company, Oryx Energy Company, and Texas Oil & Gas Corporation. He has nearly four decades of experience and has acquired or formed more than 700 wells throughout his career. Complementing this experience, he holds a bachelor's degree in petroleum land management from the University of Oklahoma.
