Hailing originally from Halifax, Mark made the move to Montreal nearly 15 years ago and hasn't looked back. Though he misses the ocean... on a daily basis... he has embraced the hustle and bustle of this multilingual metropolis and called it home.

Though his educational roots lie in multimedia design, he has spent a lifetime in the service industry, transitioning from Retail and Restaurants into Call Centers. It was in the call center for Ice.com, a luxury website catering to jewelry fanatics, that he truly found his niche as a Workforce Analyst. Through his work he was able to reduce payroll costs while improving service metrics, literally rebuilding the center from the ground up

In 2012, after 6 years at ICE, Mark moved to Advantage2Retail, a boutique Consulting Firm catering to Retail, eCommerce and Distribution. Here, Mark flourished, configuring and implementing Workforce Management (WFM) and Point of Sale (POS) software for numerous clients.
