I am a software development manager with experience in agile development techniques. I am a change agent capable of implementing new processes in existing organization through gradual growth or radical shift depending on the need. I enjoy building a team that allows each individual to contribute their potential.

I have spent the past 10+ years in HealthCare working on Hospital Financial Enterprise application suite of products. I have also worked in insurance and personal investigation applications for very small to medium sized businesses.

My current team consists of over 30 developers across multiple time zones. We have utilized off shore resources but we are currently nearly exclusively on shore.
