Mark Mullinix

A former active duty captain in the United States Marine Corps, Mark Mullinix spent 32 years as an executive in regional Federal Reserve banks across the country. During this span, Mullinix held managerial or executive roles in the various Fed payments lines, human resources, information technology, enterprise risk, facilities management, internal audit, community development, discount window lending, and the Fed's global currency operations. He also held C-level positions and responsibilities of chief financial officer, chief operating officer, product director, and interim president and chief executive officer. This consequential experience was obtained while Mullinix served as a leader at Federal Reserve. Banks in Richmond, VA, San Francisco, CA, and Kansas City, MO.

During his career, Mr. Mullinix reported to or worked closely with the banks' board of directors in ensuring sound operational performance and developing and in-depth understanding of business conditions and the regional and national economy. Mr. Mullinix served for a year overseeing the Richmond Bank’s monetary policy contributions as its member of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC).
