A former active duty captain in the United States Marine Corps, Mark Mullinix spent 32 years as an executive in regional Federal Reserve banks across the country. During this span, Mullinix held managerial or executive roles in the various Fed payments lines, human resources, information technology, enterprise risk, facilities management, internal audit, community development, discount window lending, and the Fed's global currency operations. He also held C-level positions and responsibilities of chief financial officer, chief operating officer, product director, and interim president and chief executive officer.
