Currently, I work in Tertiary Education in Auckland, New Zealand and these are challenging times for the IT Industry as technology evolves, companies strive to remain competitive in knowledge and in service, and staff that are engaged are vital in this success. Staff need to remain flexible and to flourish within this evolving market.
