For most of my career, I've been privileged to collaborate with senior leaders at leading companies around the world. I've worked across North America, extensively in Europe, and have explored business "down under" in Australia.

My work with clients has taken me through a series of incredibly complex and transformational change. These leaders have decided to be deliberately different. They have the courage to recognize that what got them to where they're at isn't necessarily whats going to take them into the future. Often it's about the experience their customers have with them, the capabilities of their own teams, or figuring out just how to bring to bear all that rapidly-changing technology has to offer. But always - its about "where do we start, and how do we make our strategy actually happen?". Our firm brings proven, "been there - done that" experience. We ensure that their strategies happen, and along the way, we build trusted advisor relationships that have sustained over the long-term.

I spent 15 years helping to grow the world's largest corporate supplier. Today, I'm proudest to be an entrepreneur, having founded and led ESG in Denver since 2008.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to live in Colorado. I enjoy time with my kids, meeting amazing people, exploring great wines, and motorcycling the Rockies - the best way I know to discovering all that this part of the world has to offer.
