Mark Oblad

Mark Oblad is the founder and principal developer of Valcu Inc., which automates corporate documents and transactions through valcu.co. In addition to building valcu.co, Mark enjoys learning new technologies, attending hackathons and writing algorithms to solve new problems. Prior to founding Valcu Inc., Mark was a corporate associate at Gunderson Dettmer where he represented numerous U.S. and international venture-backed companies and venture funds, from formation through exit. Mark attended law school at the University of Virginia, college at the University of Utah, is a member of the New York Bar and holds the CFA designation. Mark resides in New York with his wife and two small children.
