Marko Majkic

Marko Majkic is a seasoned IT consultant and security advisor with 10+ years of customer facing security experience . Mr. Majkic has been involved in both pre and post sale of IT security, VoIP, and WiFi/WiMAX networks; He was also a project manager while consulting for IBM, Siemens, Sprint, and Bell Canada. At Sophos, Mr.Majkic has been providing technical pre-sales expertise as a sales engineer dealing with corporate customers in North America. His responsibilities encompass a wide range of security products including Sophos Enterprise Antivirus, Email Security and Data Protection, Web Security, Safe Guard Encryption product line, and Sophos Mobile Control. Previous to joining Sophos, Mr.Majkic was a Senior Consultant at InCode Wireless / VeriSign and was responsible for pre and post-sales engineering services related to design, implementation, integration and testing of public and secured private WiFi and WiMAX networks. Directly responsible for large projects at George Bush Intercontinental, Hobby, Oakland, Dallas Forth Worth airports with Sprint, and high profile security projects with GE, Imperial Tobacco, Bell Canada, Disneyland, and Ford Motor Company.
