I'm a former Royal Marine's Commando, the UK's first triple amputee from Afghanistan, a motivational speaker, peak performance coach, team building & leadership consultant, health food business owner & a published author.

On Christmas Eve 2007 whilst on patrol in Afghanistan I was injured by an Improvised Explosive Device (I.E.D) resulting in me becoming the UK's first triple amputee from the conflict. Since recovering from my injuries I have become an award winning author with my autobiography 'Man Down' and now I'm fortunate enough travel the world sharing my story as a motivational speaker. I'm also a professional fundraiser for many different charities as well as consultant, coach, business owner & an entreprenuer and when I'm not doing that I'm a proud Husband to Becky & a Father to Kezia, Mason & Evelyn.
