Mr. Mark P. Pallotta is Senior Vice President and COO of PKMM Inc. Pallotta, a veteran in the defense and commercial markets brings to PKMM over 25 years of successful executive, financial, manufacturing, energy and marketing experience.

Mr. Pallotta, a strategic visionary, is well skilled at establishing specific growth strategies, providing operational excellence within different businesses, and culturally diverse environments and executing global business development campaigns designed to improve market share, gross revenues and net profit for stakeholders. Pallotta’s leadership is anchored through years of providing balanced, vertically integrated solutions to U.S. agencies, Allied nation governments, and commercial markets.

As Chief Operating Officer Pallotta, has the responsibility for the overall strategy, performance targets and investments of the organization. Pallotta, has spearheaded PKMM’s diversification efforts for market and revenue growth, positioning the company with a portfolio in operational contracts globally.

PKMM Inc., is a privately held woman owned small business (WOSB) founded in 1988, offers a full range of services to government programs and diverse industries around the world. Telecommunication & network construction, robotic platforms & sub-systems, information systems & technology, vehicle & life cycle sustainment and field services & support. Additionally we offer specialty services as, environmental protection and remediation services (EPRS), energy & utilities, advanced building products & technology, information, media & entertainment (IME), engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and project management (EPCM), research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), advanced materials research, studies and applications (AMRS&A), integrated security and intelligence solutions, logistics and material readiness.

Mr. Pallotta studied economics and psychology at Merrimack College, North Andover MA before joining the United States Marine Corps in 1990. Pallotta was honorably discharged in 1994, attaining the rank of Corporal.

Mr. Pallotta is married and lives with his wife and two children in Las Vegas, Nevada.
