I am a Deloitte alumnus of 23 years, looking for a new challenge.

The one line summary of what I have to offer is: bilingual, dual-citizenship holding, Industrial Psychologist and Director with 3 decades of international Talent Management, HR, OD, transformation, engagement, development, process design, analytics, internal consulting and operations experience.

For seven years I was Deloitte's Global Director of Engagement where I designed and implemented the annual People Survey, which became the firm's primary talent benchmarking tool and change driver. Having worked in a number of global roles and been the HR director for 18 European countries with Deloitte, I am comfortable with multi-country environments, have a strong international track record in improving staff engagement as well as proven ability in applying HR tools to drive performance and achieve organisational effectiveness.

Over the course of my career I have worked across a range of sectors including professional services, management consulting and the public sector. With deep international experience as a senior talent executive and project leader, I have a solid track record of successfully acquiring and developing talent, HR analytics, corporate communications, quality reviews, moving talent across borders and improving employee engagement through organisational change and performance management.

As I have lived and worked in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Prague, London and Princeton, I am sensitive to cultures and values, am passionate about localization, and enjoy working remotely. I have gained extensive international experience at both the strategic and tactical levels and operated in complex matrix organisations. I have a broad range of interests, have strong listening and influencing skills, as well as the ability to think laterally when developing business-focused solutions for engagement and communication issues.

I am now fully committed to building on my experience, ideally with an organisation that will best leverage my core international talent management, engagement, analytics, operations, process design, mobility, emerging market, change management, transformation and "chief of staff" competencies. It would be great to be a part of an agile team, with a high degree of personal autonomy and space for creativity.
