Mark Morich

Student in Heidelberg, Germany

Hey there. My name is Mark and I`m a 28 years old student living in the beautiful city Heidelberg, Germany.

Born and raised at the lovely location of Lake Constance (the biggest sea in Germany, which is why it`s called the 'Swabian Ocean'), in Friedrichshafen, a city not big enough to called a metropolis but no small village either. Due to two large companies, which employed many foreign workers for decades, my hometown always had a great variety of different people and cultures. Another big aspect is the location, which is called a trijunction (in german, Dreiländereck) consisting of Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

This gave me the opportunity to grow up in a multicultural environment, which helped me a lot to get in touch with many different cultures during my childhood, from which I definitely profit today. Globalism and multiculturalism are topics I`m very interested in. After my studies I`m aiming to teach abroad in several different countries and continents, which is why my subject as a student are English, German and Politics.

As well as almost everyone else, I enjoy travelling, having a good time with my friends and doing plus watching a lot of sports (almost every kind of sport :))

As for our telecollaboration project, I`m looking forward to get in touch with you and I`m excited to see and experience how it will be creating tasks together.

See you online :)

Mark
