Mark is a small business man that was born and raised in HC. He has been married for 13 years to Tammie Qualls. They have 5 children Jacob, Kalynn, Alec, Dylan and Daisey. To say he has a vested interest in the county is an understatement. When he moved back in 2013 and he was not even thinking about local politics and government. He seen that a few things need to be corrected after a few short months. He also seen things that where a tremendous asset to our county.
