Mark Rosch

Mark Rosch is a principal of Internet for Lawyers and CLEseminars.com. He writes andspeaks about how to use the Internet forresearch and on technology implementation forthe legal community. He is co-author of"The Cybersleuth's Guide to the Internet"(IFL Press, 2014), "Google for Lawyers" (ABA, 2010), "Find Info Like a Pro (Volume 1):Mining the Internet's Publicly AvailableResources for Investigative Research"(ABA, 2010), and "Find Info Like a Pro (Volume 1):Mining the Internet's PublicRecords for Investigative Research"(ABA, 2011) among other books.

Mr. Rosch has also written about the application of computer technology in the law office forCalifornia Lawyer, Law Technology News,Law Office Computing, Los Angeles Lawyer,and the Los Angeles Daily Journal among otherpublications. Additionally, he has presented atthe Annual meetings of the A.B.A., theNational Association of Bar Executives, theAssociation of Continuing Legal Education, theCalifornia State Bar, and in-house atvarious law firms.

Mr. Rosch is a member of the A.B.A. and currently serves as a member of its Law Practice Division's (LPD's) Legal Technology Resource Center Advisory Board. Previously, he served as a co-chair of LPD's Education Board, as a member of the section's State and Local Bar Outreach Committee, and recently completed a three-year appointment to its TECHSHOW Planning Board. He is also a member of the Association of Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA), having served as Chair of ACLEA’s marketing and Entrepreneur’s sections. He has also served as a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' Public Relations steering committee, the Television Publicity Executives Committee, and the American Film Institute.

During his nearly 20 years of marketing experience, Mr. Rosch has developed and supervised the publicity, promotions, and marketing campaigns for numerous and varied clients, from legal portals to new media developers. He has also provided web management consulting to the State Bar of California Law Practice Management & Technology section’s Web site and various law firms and solo practitioners.
