Mark Rubenstein

Mark is a Toronto based litigation lawyer focused on representing consumer and stakeholder interests before courts, agencies, and tribunals in regulated sectors such as energy and communications.

Mark has significant energy regulatory practice and frequently appears before the Ontario Energy Board representing clients in utility distribution and transmission rate applications, leave to construct proceedings, policy consultations, IESO market rules reviews, and a wide variety of other matters. He is currently a member of the Ontario Energy Board’s Regulatory Affairs Standing Committee.

Mark has also appeared and argued before the Divisional Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada on appeals and judicial reviews.
