Mark A. Russo, a native of Oregon has grown up in the art world. Having been born into a family of artists, Mr. Russo has the passion for fine art that all his family members have. His father, mother, brother and sister are all accomplished and successful artists.

Growing up around this environment and watching the magic unfold, Mark received an education in the art world that most couldn’t get at the best Ivy League schools. He loved the art and enjoyed the process. He learned the most important parts of his families’ methods, style, habits and sales ability.

At a very young age, he was able to attend shows and help in the creative process from not only suggesting new ideas but being able to help in the creative design from the inception of the idea to completion of the project. As he got a little older, his father allowed him to become a sales person for his company and attend trade shows on his own. His first real success was an Investment conference in 1989. Showing up to the show and setting up a 10’ x20’ booth full of bronze and silver sculptures, mark sold $800,000.00 of art pieces in 2 days. Receiving a 15% commission, Mark realized the potential of the market and opportunity. Renegotiating his commission structure with the represented artists, Mark began booking and paying for trade conferences himself and began receiving a much larger commission. After participating in literally hundreds of trade shows, Mark was experiencing incredible success and had developed thousands of satisfied customers in the fine art world.

Mark successfully, built and sold several fine art companies to include Provenance fine art which grew to over 170 employees, Fine art trust, Inc, Magnum Opus Fine Art Corporation and several others.

In 1998 Mark created a maverick business model and one that truly was first to market. He would call up a non-profit, ask if they were having a gala fundraiser and, if yes offered a high value world famous master bronze art piece for donation with no strings attached. Our offer was we ship the art piece, provide all of the sales materials and upon successful sale of the image we simply share in the gross sales price 50/50. All with absolutely no risk and no expense the charity whatsoever.

Having sold over $140 million in bronze sculpture, building several successful fine art companies and one to a market value of over $450 million dollars in less than 2 years, Mark is getting ready for his next big and exc
