Mark went to school in University of British Columbia (U.B.C.) for Human Kinetics with a major in health and fitness. Thus far, he started Core Focus Training where he has been a Kinesiologist and Trainer for 5 years now. Despite having a wide variety of clients, he has one goal in mind which is to help develop an ability appropriate program to help clients reach their rehab and/or fitness goals. In addition, he has been working with Autistic Kids for 2 years now to improve overall strength, motor pattern, and quality of life.
