Mark Selander

Mark Selander lives his professional and personal life between product design and illustration. Professionally he works for national and regional companies to conceptualize products, services, and brand identities. This work sometimes takes the form of creating very discrete objects, and sometimes expands into building narratives and presentations to help clarify a story. As a northwest native, he is deeply fond of his roots and the region, but equally appreciative of the variety of culture in this country and the world. He spends his free time illustrating and documenting his interactions and ideas especially as they relate to machinery and the way people interact with and modify the constructed world.
