I have been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years and am currently working as VP of Real Estate with a major womans ready to wear retailer. I advise and consult in commercial real estate, in the shopping center sector as well as in the real estate investment sector. I am current working with clients to help them make better real estate decisions, whether it be a tenant looking for a new store location or an investor looking for a profitable real estate investment. I am an active real estate investor and the owner of a private investment firm in New Jersey and also a licensee real estate salesperson in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I help people learn about real estate investing by buying, fixing, renting and selling short and long term income producing properties, to create a portfolio of residual income, positive cash flow properties and accumulating long term real estate investments for long term capital. I specialize as a Buyer and Selling Agent for REO's (bank owned properties), Short Sales, Rental Properties and Commercial Retail Properties. I'm a member of the Burlington Camden Board of Realtors and an active member of the South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association. I am actively involved in both residential and commercial real estate investing projects, primarily in Mercer, Burlington and Camden counties in Southern New Jersey. My investment activity includes roles as a property owner, landlord, property manager and a private lender for numerous income producing properties. I am currently involved in several specialized real estate investment projects including Modular Homes, Senior Care Facilities and Multi-Family Homes acquisitions.
