Maybe it's old school, but I still believe that advertising and marketing copy is supposed to sell. And nothing sells like a customer-focused promise delivered in the tone, manner, look and feel of a great brand. If your product keeps its promise, you strengthen the brand with every sale.

And while this approach has helped me win awards, earn some high-level positions in major advertising agencies and, more important, drive double-digit growth for many clients, I'm no prima donna.
