Mark Staloff

New Jersey native by birth and upbringing, Boston resident by choice. I've been at Pearson for 13 years, and am in only my first job out of college. I'm a history/geography/politics junkie who recently transitioned into a tech product role, and am enjoying working on familiar challenges in new ways and with new tools. The transition from print publishing to digital instruction and interaction offers opportunities to solve problems we've always recognized, and tried to work through, without the constraints of the 8.5" x 11" page and the print publishing cycle.

I enjoy pub trivia, amateur cricket, and have a long-buried past as a quiz bowl player both in the U.S. and (briefly) in the U.K. I'm going to school part-time for an MBA and am trying, this semester, to do as much as I can on the iPad... it's been a learning experience.
