Venture Capital, Life Sciences and Healthcare, and Biotech in New York Metropolitan Area

I am a healthcare and life sciences strategy executive with 15+ years of experience spanning biotechnology, health technology, deep tech, consulting, venture investing, and company building. With a PhD in Bioengineering and a cross-Atlantic career across Europe and the United States, I have worked across the full lifecycle of healthcare innovation, from scientific discovery and translational research through commercialization, investment, and operational execution.

Throughout my career, I have partnered with CEOs, executive teams, boards, investors, and scientific leaders to translate complex scientific and business challenges into strategic priorities and actionable plans. My experience includes healthcare strategy, pharmaceutical R&D productivity, business development, due diligence, corporate strategy, executive operations, board governance, and organizational leadership.

I have served as Portfolio Director for a leading London-based venture platform, COO and strategic operating partner for biotech and healthtech companies, and advisor to founders and executive teams navigating growth, financing, partnerships, and organizational development. Earlier in my career, I worked in consulting and academic environments, advising pharmaceutical companies, governments, foundations, and healthcare organizations on innovation strategy, R&D performance, and healthcare transformation.

A consistent theme throughout my work has been helping science-driven organizations achieve impact. Whether supporting a CEO through company growth, evaluating the potential of a therapeutic asset, developing strategies for pharmaceutical innovation, or exploring how AI can transform healthcare workflows, I bring scientific depth, commercial judgment, and operational discipline to complex challenges.
