Welcome to my site. I’m Mark Sutherland, Director at Transform to Digital, a consultancy that specialises in making the complex simple.

I’m a Digital & eCommerce Leader, Speaker & Consultant with a focus on Manufacturing and Distribution. I’m an expert in driving Digital Transformation and Business Change, achieving & exceeding Online Revenue targets, designing high performance B2B eCommerce experiences and delivering Sales & Business change to support new delivery models.

I’ve worked in industries as diverse as office print, banking, construction and technology sales; I’ve worked in major global PLC’s with colleagues all over the world, and small startups; I’ve built and driven Ecommerce sites to €100m+ turnovers on platforms including SAP Hybris and Oracle ATG, and connecting to ERP’s including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Kerridge K8, and I’ve undertaken consultancy with a number of manufacturing and distribution firms, supporting them in building their end to end digital journey.

I’m also a Speaker & Moderator at various industry events.
