Solving problems at work is what I love to do. There is nothing like solving a problem with a solution of your own design. The Technical Arena is a good place to expand your mind. It's important though to incorporate the "people" into the equation or technology fails. I enjoy working and conversing with people. I feel that random acts of kindness can improve the world. Smile at someone enough and they will eventually smile back. I knew this one person who always scowled. Within 2 months of smiling at them and saying good morning, the person started smiling back at me. The day I didn't smile and say good morning to them, they sought me out to ask if I was okay. I was not because someone I cared for passed away. The once scowling person helped me through that tough time. When you offer honest kindness to people, then kindness has a way of finding you when you need it. It is a circle. You get out what you put into it.
