I have a Master’s degree in Business and Design, which is a programme that is based upon Design Thinking and collaboration. In this programme multi disciplinary competencies work in project groups, facing complex problems. An essential part of the programme is the research. We analyzed the needs of the customers and the lack of products or services to fulfill those needs on the market. We offered solutions for companies and organisations through communication, branding and product design, holistic and long lasting solutions that bring high customer satisfaction and high profitability.

The key to make a good product or create good communication is understanding your target group, and for that you need an empathic mindset. I think it is important to ask yourself: What are the motivations" and "how can you create more value for your customer" in order to improve your business.

I am terribly curious, target oriented and I am interested in trends, fashion, subcultures and the complexities that creates these phenomenons.
