Markus Luczak-Roesch

I am a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at Victoria University of Wellington (NZ) and also a Visiting Fellow at the Web and Internet Science Group, Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton (UK).

My research is broadly focused on the emergent problem solving capabilities of socio-technical systems. While I put strong emphasis on formally modelling the structure and dynamics of these systems and on large scale data analysis using high-performance computing, I am also mixing qualitative and quantitative methods that are commonly used in Web Science and Computational Social Science.
