I think in systems - in markets, in organisations, and in the long arcs that connect them. That mindset shapes how I approach business development and sales controlling in the insurance and financial services industry, and it’s also what led me to write a book applying evolutionary theory as a strategic framework for organisational management.

At ERGO Versicherung AG in Vienna, I lead Strategic Sales Development and Sales Controlling & Campaign Management, building on five years in leadership roles. Prior to this, I worked at Deloitte Austria and Allianz Investmentbank. I hold a Master of Arts in Executive Management (FHW Wien) and a Bachelor of Science (WU Wien), and have also served as a Lecturer in Sales Performance Management at FHW Wien.

When I’m not working on strategy, I’m usually applying the same kind of structured thinking to chess, tennis, or the piano - different boards, same instinct for patterns and long-term improvement.
