Performed numerous projects within design, motion graphics, film, VFX, animation, music composition and sound design as Chairman of the board and CEO of the award winning production studio Toxic AS (Oslo) from 2003 - 2012. Projects including commercials in print, on digital and on film, as campaigns, indents and event visuals. Customers include norwegian top advertising and design agencies, TV-producers and brands such as Statoil, Telenor, NRK, TV2, Nobel Peace Prize Concert, Spellemannsprisen, DNB and Norwegian, size total of 110 mill NOK. Worked as a project manager and business developer in Teleplan and INIT Software Engineering, utilizing digital services as mobile IT-solutions and web-based services for end-users. Conducted the first "News-app" for mobile devices togheter with TV2. Develped and imlemented apps & systems for mobility.

Build "Kaffe & Krem", Norwegian chain of coffeshops, from three to eight places within a year, from 12 to 70 employees.

Founded Flames together with two highly skilled professional designers fall 2012. Project ended spring 2013.
