Mark V Clancy

As founder and president of Minneapolis, Minnesota’s HelicopterBuyer, Inc., Mark V. Clancy brings a broad diversity of aviation industry experience to his work, as well as a record of excellent customer care. For more than a decade, he has built HelicopterBuyer into a trusted name in helicopter and turbine engine sales, providing clients around the world with a wide range of purchase, sale, leasing, liquidation, assessment, and valuation services. To accomplish this, Mark V. Clancy and his team at HelicopterBuyer maintain a global network of helicopter operators, dealers, suppliers, financial and lease institutions, and other industry professionals to help clients buy, sell, and lease helicopters and helicopter engines. The head of HelicopterBuyer since 2000, Mark V. Clancy founded the company and spent the first part of his career as a repair, overhaul and test engineer overhauling business jet turbofan engines; and as sales manager selling helicopter engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan.
