I am married with a wife and son and live in southern, California. I have over 14 years of experience in the desktop support field and currently hold the title of Project Lead at California-based company, CKE Restaurants, Inc. I am self-motivated and career minded. Through my years of experience I have developed sharp troubleshooting skills. My communication skills and my leadership and computer proficiencies in the work place are always growing more effectively and efficiently. I provide support to 1000+ corporate users from California to North Carolina. I work on special projects assigned to me by my manager or director. I am in charge of deploying of all desktop and laptop computer for corporate users. I also manage desktop and laptop images for our Restaurant Helpdesk workforce in Manila.
