Mark Noonan

Mark William Noonan was born on December 22, 1970 in Aügsburg, Bavaria in what was West Germany at the time. My father was stationed there while in the army. I spent the first 18 to 24 months there before moving back to Queens, New York. Mom and Dad divorced in 1973. Mom remarried in late 1975 to a Navy Sailor and we moved to Oak Harbor, WA.
