Mark Waldhoff

Champaign, Illinois, United States

I am a a graduate of The University of Illinois with a bachelors degree in Finance. Prior to a career in real estate I worked on the mortgage backed securities side of the real estate transaction as a Vice President for US Bank. In 2003 I decided to bring my background and experience into the residential real estate market and received my real estate license. One of the things that has allowed me to separate myself from other agents is my financial background and ability to put it to use for my clients. I am extremely committed to expanding my experience and education. Since obtaining my license I've spent a great deal of time at training seminars and multi-day educational events (outside the required Continuing Education). These events keep me up to date on the current happenings in my field. The tips and strategies learned through these classes are quickly put to use to increase the value my clients receive. Client Benefits My greatest strength as a real estate professional comes from the fact that I truly enjoy educating my clients on the current conditions affecting our local market. Whether it is a first-time home buyer that is wary of placing an initial bid on a home, or an experienced homeowner looking to properly price and market their home. I provide the highest level of service and attention to make sure their questions and needs are met. This will typically include a breakdown of the specific neighborhood or even the individual street the house is on with information on prior home sales, current and pending properties, time on market, absorption rates, neighborhood and city factors and much, much more.
