Marla Lovell

InDecember of 1997, I graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in History with my major being concentrated on secondary education. I graduated with honors from Drake University in May of 2007 with my masters in Public Administration focusing on organizational development, leadership development and human resources.

I have over seven years of experience in human resources, accounting, public relations, marketing, organizational development and team development.

In obtaining my master's in Public Administration, I have the expertise and the ability to lead and direct organizations in a dynamic environment. I understand the emphasis on leadership and strategic planning enhanced by options relating to performance measurement, quality improvement and management in a global context. I understand the public and nonprofit sector issues as well as developing a foundation for the functional kills necessary for managing public and nonprofit organizations.
