Hi! I'm Marla.
I'm a Communication Arts graduate from the University of the Philippines. I majored in Speech Communications and minored in Writing and Theater Education.
As fate would have it, I am now, in a nutshell, an IT Consultant. From having zero background and experience in the IT industry, I am now on my sixth year with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, with a reasonably vast knowledge on infrastructure technology outsourcing, operations and services.
I've taken quite an interest in designing and creating websites. I am perpetually intrigued by art, design, technology, and continuous learning. Web design allows me to enjoy all of these facets; a left brain-right brain symbiosis.
So when I am not working, I create and design websites. My goal is to help local entrepreneurs and businesses get more clients by establishing their digital footprint and making their services easily accessible online, elevating client experience and moreover, bringing more profit to the business.
During my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to dance music, hanging out with my dog River, playing extreme water sports, and travelling.
