Marla Heagle is the co-owner and broker of three Windermere Real Estate offices in Stanwood and Camano Island, WA. Prior to purchasing these offices in 2005 with her husband, Randy, Marla worked as a real estate agent for four years. She also spent more than 10 years as a human resources professional where she gained many of the skills needed to build a successful real estate business. Marla's three offices have a combined total of 50 brokers and have achieved a 55 percent market share of all home sales in the Stanwood/Camano Island area.

Marla is equally as committed to the community as she is her business. She and her team proudly support several local non-profit organizations. Marla is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Stanwood/Camano Food Bank. In 2014, Marla's company was awarded the Making a Difference Award for the Stanwood/Camano Island Community.

In 2015, Marla's company was presented with an honor roll certificate by the Secretary of the State of Washington at the 2015 Corporations for Communities ceremony. The secretary of state bestows the civics award on 10 Washington corporations in recognition of exceptional community involvement.

Marla is very active in her local and state REALTOR® associations, and was instrumental in getting critical legislation passed that put a stop to double B&O taxation, saving REALTORS® more than $5 million in taxes over five years. In 2009, Marla received the Paul Harris Fellow award from the Stanwood/Camano Rotary Club which honors individuals who meet high professional and personal standards.
