Marleen van Wijgerden started her career as master goldsmith and has been working as a scenic artist after graduating from the Academy of Arts. Since 1998 she is self-employed with national and international experience. Her expertise in decoration techniques covers designing and making set decors for film and tv productions. Other clients are museums, photographers and private customers. Marleen van Wijgerden works on location as well as from her Rotterdam based atelier.
