Corrado joined the National Center for Family Philanthropy as Assistant to the President in February 2012. Prior to relocating to Washington, DC in 2011, she was the graduate assistant to the Frey Chair for Family Philanthropy at the Johnson Center for Philanthropy at Grand Valley State University. While there, she co-authored "What is a Family Foundation," published in The Foundation Review.
Gaining experience with grantwriting and grantmaking, Corrado interned with The Hovde Foundation, American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids, and YMCA of the USA. While a Cook Leadership Fellow of the Haunstein Center for Presidential Studies, she served as a board member of the American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids. Corrado holds a M.P.A. with a concentration in nonprofit management and leadership from Grand Valley State University.
