I am an M&A professional currently based in Cologne, Germany. I gained experience working on numerous transactions at BELGRAVIA & CO. and Corporate Finance Partners (now Acxit Capital Partners). My expertise ranges from commercial to financial due diligence, market research and analysis, business planning, (start-up) valuations including, but not limited to the sectors of automotive (components), FMCG, technology, internet and media, energy (contracting).

I also prepared international investor pitches, as well as analysis presentations.
